Request a complimentary redo of the treatment within 48 hours of your original appointment. We will match you with the same or an equally qualified specialist.

Full Refund

Prefer a refund? We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. No questions asked.

Support Resolution

For complex situations, our support team will mediate between you and the provider to find the best solution. We review all evidence fairly and promptly.

How to Make a Claim

Report within 48 hours

Go to your completed booking in My Bookings and select "Report an Issue" within 48 hours of the service. Describe what went wrong and include photos if relevant.

Choose your resolution

Select whether you would like a free redo or a full refund. Our team will review your request, usually within 24 hours.

Get it resolved

If approved, your redo will be scheduled promptly or your refund will be processed. We keep you informed every step of the way via email and in-app notifications.

What is Covered

  • Service did not match the description or photos
  • Provider was significantly late or did not show up
  • Quality of work was below professional standards
  • Incorrect service was performed
  • Hygiene or safety concerns during the service
  • Products used caused an adverse reaction (when allergens were disclosed)

What is Not Covered

  • Change of mind after a correctly performed service
  • Client failed to provide accurate service requirements or allergen information
  • Client was not available at the agreed time and location
  • Minor subjective preferences (e.g., shade slightly different than expected)
  • Claims made more than 48 hours after the service
  • Services booked outside the GlowBook platform

Important Details

48-Hour Window

All guarantee claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the original service. After this window, standard dispute resolution applies.

Fair for Everyone

We investigate every claim fairly. Both client and provider perspectives are considered. Repeated misuse of the guarantee may result in account review.
